The attraction of Test::Fatal in Perl

In Feb­ru­ary I wrote an arti­cle sur­vey­ing excep­tion han­dling in Perl, rec­om­mend­ing that devel­op­ers use Test::Exception to make sure their code behaves as expect­ed.
